today em.. actualli is counted as ytd la.. i woke up at 7am to exercise at stadium.. ran abt 7 rounds non-stop, and i thgt 7 rounds is 2.4km but is actualli 2.8km.. i ran fin liao thn i noticed.. sianz diao lo!!! i was da bai sad dao y my 2.4 timing suddenly gone so slow..

thn after jogging i ask hui hong to eat breadfast la even thgt she PS me to jog together but it is OK de la.. thn her mum came down to buy some grocery, i jus ran along wit them.. =b
thn hor i ask hui hong de mum to help me buy TOTO!! XD coz got th $100,000 de thingy ah.. dunno wats tt la.. but i buy $1 onli jus to hav some fun. =b

after i help them deliver thier goods home, i return home to have a good rest b4 meeting hui hong to buy present for jun wei, which is today.. o.O
